It is one of the common replies received by victims. This doctor wrote on biological warfare and was very active in human rights issues. When asked to write a medical report on allegations by victims of electromagnetic weapons testing experimentation this was the reply on March 10, 1997.
"...After a lot of consideration, I've decided that I cannot undertake this project. I have a family, and feel unable to subject them to any risks that might result because of my involvement."
